“With RCR we found a service we didn’t know existed”
Philosophy #1: People AND Structure
RCR was founded by a group of former marketing directors and CEOs who want to change the way that growing businesses set their vision and do their marketing.
We want to share the experience we’ve gained with a wide variety of entrepreneurial businesses. And we believe passionately that even with limited resources you can still be smart, different and creative.
RCR’s partners and associates have the agility from having worked in or owned growing businesses and the professionalism garnered from working in large organisations.
RCR believes that intelligence, creativity and agility are massively aided by simple structures and frameworks that guide discussion and decision making.
We love sharing these with clients and nurturing these management and marketing skills within businesses.
We continually develop our own Intellectual Property as well as seeking out great ideas elsewhere. These range from tools to help set your strategy to templated plans and checklists to get your marketing projects implemented swiftly and effectively.
We all share:
- An understanding of entrepreneurial businesses
- A creative and flexible approach
- Strategic capability
- Senior marketing experience
- An ability to coach and mentor as well as consult and implement
If you like the idea of structure in your marketing, then sign up for our blog on the main RCR website to get tips and frameworks to keep you on top of your marketing.
Philosophy #2: Strategy AND Implementation
You want to make sure you are doing the right marketing and BD to fulfil your vision. That’s called strategy and is what consultants help with. However, advisors tend not to get involved with doing the marketing. They don’t take responsibility for delivering on their ideas.
You also know you have to take action, consistently, to see any results. That’s called implementation and is what agencies do: web agencies, digital agencies, PR agencies, telemarketing agencies, research agencies, design agencies and the rest.
The good ones are very good, especially if you know how to brief and manage them.
Rare is the agency that will say you should spend less on their sort of marketing and more on another agency, such as research or telemarketing. They don’t take responsibility for getting the strategy right.
That’s the biggest difference at RCR. We’ll help you shape your strategy AND we’ll stick around to make it happen if you want us to.
